  4. According to the terms and conditions of the promissory
  5. note I signed on June 15, 1986, I am obligated to tender
  6. my payment in the amount of $5,000 to you on June 15, 1986.

  8. I have just been informed that funds which were to be paid
  9. to me prior to the due date on the note, have been delayed.
  10. Needless to say, this comes as a great disappointment to me.
  11. I have been assured, however, that these funds will be in my
  12. possession by June 7, 1986.

  14. I am requesting that the due date on the promissory note be
  15. extended for a period of one month and a just consideration
  16. for said extension be suggested by you.
